Halloween

You could say he's not cute, but you'd be a lion.

We decided Ben needed to be a lion because they are by far his favorite animal.
He knows what they say and spots them in books, videos, other halloween costumes, etc with surprising accuracy.

Ben LOVES his costume. Gets excited to see it and wears it proudly, hood and all, for as long as we'll let him.
I have a feeling we'll see this more in weeks to come.
And that's okay with me because I think it's stinking adorable!
