Pretty cool holiday today. Have you heard about it? It's called Easter. It's when we celebrate Jesus rising from the dead by dressing up at church, looking for eggs, and hanging with our family.
Daddy and I wore shirts Aunt Faith picked out in Bangladesh (mine is actually a hand-me-down from Lane). Don't we look handsome?
Mom says I have a shoe 'fettish' - why? This was only the 4th pair of shoes I put on this morning.
Hey, Yazzie - is this how they roll in Bangladesh?!
Too bad we don't have pictures from the rest of our day.
When I woke up, I got a basket full of fun stuff from mom & dad. Then, after church BOTH sets of my Grandparents came over - plus my Great-Grandpa, plus my Aunt Jen, PLUS Lily. It was awesome!
Mom made a big meal and then we opened presents and looked for candy. "Nahnee"
If you haven't ever had a jelly bean before, I highly recommend giving them a try!
Mom and dad postponed my nap real late and then I woke up pretty quick and was realcrabby.
After everybody left, we went for a long walk. Real long. Too long. Somehow we walked all the way up until bedtime!
I like Easter - can we do it again next week?
